EVE API - 503 Service Unavailable

Heya guys,
i getting randomly "503 Service Unavailable" Errors when is use the eve api.

i call the eve api with a php script (using usleep so i don't exceed the api limits)
when i do 10 calls, 20% to 40% reply the message "503 Service Unavailable" - all other work correctly
when i call it manually in my browser, it works sometimes and sometimes not (the same url)

i have this problem the last 12hours. yesterday was all fine.

is there a generel problem with the eve api today?
