Missing killmarks!

So i have had some killmarks not show up on diffrent ships over some time now.
Most of the time, thet show up fast. But for some that i get killmails for, and listed as final blow and top damage, ie solo kill. No mark. The killed ships have had combat moduals in the high slot. And not rookie ships either. So do the killie have to have you targeted, and or shooting back at you?

Wait... I was supposed to bring sexy back?!?!
