Stealling Pocket, Combat Site's....

Hello..
Running "Combat Site" in system where is a few people on local is really annoying.
Few times per day.. someone warp in to my location.... and use gate to go for next pocket.
Then kill faction spawn NPC, take loot, or even maybe escalation for free.... laughing at me straight in the face..
Funny is that this was doing not a beginner.. a guy who play this game few years...
Some people in "help" chat room tell me that - EVE is for sick and cruel people..
OK if they want to be pirate, or freaks... they have low sec, and null sec...
Why CCP let them ruin game even in high sec...
CCP teaches them that everything is permitted....
Really you want this CCPQuestion Zero respect for each otherQuestion


My question is.....
1. Why they can use gate.. when i have in my cargo "Stolen passkey" from npc wreck / container.
2. Why CCP let them to do this... i cant even report this player anywhere...
This is too hard to repair bugged "passkey"QuestionAttention

Please do something with this..or give those players "Suspect" flag when he will use gate without passkey in cargo...
Then everyone can engage this thief. Without CONCORD interference.
HighSec is like paradise for thiefs... in Combat Site's is like thief... with police as bodyguardAttention lolQuestion

Sorry for this negative post..... but.. i'm angry right now.....
I'm losing time to explore ... and someone without any penalty takes me my sweets......
How can i make isk for PLEX like this....
PVP??? Sure....90% cowgirls fight in flleets vs one. - I'm not gonna make like them...
Low Sec/ Null Sec? It is sexy when you jump in to gate and you wake up in 5...6... bubbles..
with few "ganknam style" freaks, who alone are afraid to even leave their station...

Guys... really?....Where is fair play... oh,,, and the best of the best....
Flying a Frigate, or shuttle in null / lowsec.. haha i was killed with "smartbomb" before I got to the gate.
He just turn on bombs, and everything in range explode... cool..they destroy frigate,
but when bigger ship is coming.. warp out.. or call for friends... and fleet going for one... ha.. Pathetic.

You know what.. i'm sorry.. i will quit "EVE Online" before i will change my self in to one of "those" players... bye.

Basically, the sites and acceleration gates aren't marked "C4STA Gamer's Mission Area", please do not be upset when human interaction occurs in a multiplayer game.

I knew that someone will respond in this way .. but here it's more about an error of the game.

CCP wont do ****, its a sandbox... and if they began punishing highsec crime properly, they would aggrivate the old EVE farts that pay their salary...

I do find Highsec to be faulted Beyond repair when it comes to crime punishment, but i belive CCP would rather EVE die than fix it.

You have no idea how much CCP has already done for new players.

New players are spoiled brats nowadays compared to when I started in '09, and before that it was even harder.


That said, I agree that when someone "steals" the loot it is bloody annoying, but it is simply a part of the game.

I'm afraid that the only error here is your thought process, and thinking that you should have your own little protected instance in the game.

That's not the way this game works.

If you don't like it, there are a million other games that will cater exactly to you in this way. EVE is not one of them.

So if I ask for something that is not working as it should.. everybody will tell me that i'm a freak.. ok.
Maybe i'm too "normal" for this.. Fu.. logic.. open the doors, without a keys.. ok

Even some popup messages, tell this, that you cant go to next pocket without a passkey.. hah

They got the site passkey from elsewhere. The passkeys are not unique items. Working as intended!

How do you know that the other guy doesnt have a passkey?

I keep my tags / keys for the explicit purpose of being able to skip rooms.

If a player without a passkey has to obtain it from the first room, he's simply at an intended disadvantage. In hisec the competition is fierce, because elsewhere people would try to kill you first, then grab the prize. It could have gone far worse.

Yeah unfortunately that's a viable thing to do in our game, I think you're kind of right, it's too bad you can't claim a site, I think maybe they should do that in highsec at least. Highsec is such an awkward place.

I've stolen a site from someone else before and I felt so bad I just gave them the loot back. What?Straight At least I kind of made a friend out of that yucky situation. Silver lining? Smile

Most games just try to act like they're scary cutthroat places. EVE doesn't act. EVE is a scary cutthroat place full of complicated mechanics to trip people up.

It's not a bug. EVE is not instanced, and is not a themepark game. Anyone can (and will) drop in on you, and can quite possibly just blow you up for the lulz. Save your passkey and you can do it to someone else if you are so inclined.

Working as intended.
