launcher not launching game

So this is my issue;
I can't get the launcher to actually launch either of my accounts. It starts to launch and then stops! I've tried everything I can do on my end to the point of restarting my internet and nothing has worked! Is there something I've missed? I know both accounts are active

I can't launch the game either through the launcher or the exe files (Win 7).

Launcher: 1064566.1031

After maintenance today I can no longer launch the game.

Launcher loads, press the button.

Does a few whirly things and stops.

Worked perfectly before maintenance.

Help?!

Please file a bug report (https://community.eveonline.com/support/bug-reports/) attaching launcher logs found at %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher. See https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/202664145-Launcher-Log for more information.

Logs from the client would also be helpful - start LogLite (https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/202078999-EVE-LogLite-Diagnostic-Tool-) before starting the client, then save out the logs from LogLite and attach to the bug report.
