Pay plex for fast customer support

I read dev blog about EVE customer support and I got idea how to improve it. First I need to tell background for this idea. I was in EVE fanfest this year and I went to Blue Lagoon trip. At Blue Lagoon there were long line to get in to lagoon. There were second line for those people who have bought extra expensive ticket to Blue Lagoon. They had right to ignore normal queue and get fast customer service.

I propose that you could get faster customer service if you are ready to pay plex or two for it. I know some people think this is unfair. I suppose it is unfair too that you can pay your way in to Blue Lagoon fast.

Comments are welcome for my idea.

Any customer service/petitions I have put in for have been resolved quickly.....not sure how others are getting bad service to see paying for needed to speed things up. And one was one of CCP's fav's...petition for ship replacement due to server issues. This was handled in a timely manner. Any delay was them checking the logs (or pretending too lol) before I go my ship back.


Some tips to maybe help these people. When you write your petitions...be informative. But don't write a novel.

State nature of problem, be detailed about it (where is it, does it need another action to come up., etc) and be civil.

Have your tech wondering what exactly this stuff is broke means ....adds time as you and them start up the fun game of IT 20 questions. At work I have the bene of I call my users up. CCP doesn't. Want faster service try to cut out 20 questions games.


And the icing to this cake is be civil. You had a bad day, the help desk slave is not a punching doll for that. You get more bees with honey than vinegar....old cliche that applies here.

No way, a descent support is part of the subscription fee we pay.
And for someone who pays for 6 accounts + plexes now and then, Im not paying extra to get help with a service Im already paying for.

Why should i wait as long as those who don't want to pay for this??

This would mean the days of fearing a reply might not come AGAIN would finally be over! :D

I think you can improve on this idea with lottery.
You give PLEX, you get a ticket, more PLEX you give, more tickets you have.
Then GM takes a hat, throws tickets there and takes out one. Winners issue will be solved immediately.
Lottery every day at 12:00 EVE time.
