Manual control causes my ship to spin uncontrollably

Left, right, up, down. Doesn't matter. If my ship is moving, the moment I try to move in any direction the ship just spins on its own axis and spasm a bit before nesting itself to the course it was before.

I've tried changing the key shortcuts and repairing the client, but that produced no effect.
