Hey hey,

So, I just reactivated after a few years. Last thing I remember was the Fountain war.

I'm in NULL where a lot of the **** went down and have all my ships here, the station hates me and need to get back to hi-sec to learn some ropes again.

I have a JC in High-sec but i'm wondering what happens to all my stuff If I jump, can I get back to sort it out later, or im locked out once I leave?

Thanks in advance

Do you know for sure you are locked out? I recall being lucky and on one evac whoever took over didn't completely lock the station down to clones. Actually hopped in the clone out the blue and moved it by hand like a year after we no longer wanted that space.

Worst case you can contract the gear for sale remotely. seem to recall doing that on another evac. Had some rough times in 0.0 lol.

Or 3rd option is hope a crew you are in takes it back....one day, Was in one home were we were taking space. Some members happy....they got access back to assloads of stuff left behind years ago in the expansion we had going.

Highsec is under the control of James 315. When in highsec, you will need to have a New Order permit or your ship and pod will be popped. Been this way for a few years now, but you may have deactivated before the sov change.

Agent of the New Order http://www.minerbumping.com/p/the-code.html If you do not have a current Mining Permit, please contact me for issuance.

I am confused. Is this every ship now. You did not not exactly qualify which type of ships you need a permit for. If you are requiring a permit for any ship you are really upping your capsuleer requirements to levels of absurdity.

Contact a GM, they will allow you to transport ONE ship, preferably filled to the brim with goods, to a low sec system where you then have a better chance of moving it back to high sec. They do this only with one ship and only if you've been gone for a long time.

Just nod, okay?
Don't talk about it.
Just like the rest of us.
No one talks about it.
Here's the memo.
Remember it.

Did your medical clone glitch or lag out or something? That's a heck of a response time...

Must be noted that when you Return Your permit, you get a Nice farewell BJ, personally given by James 315.

He was being sort of chivalrous and giving the returning player a warning about freighter ganking. The part about a permit was a red herring, though. Permit, no permit, it's the same. Besides, did code start selling permits to freighters now?

A recent check of Eve info shows there are 8 different Factions controlling High Security space for the past 10 years :

Amarr Empire
Ammatar Mandate
Caldari State
Concord Assembly
Gallente Federation
Khanid Kingdom
Minmatar Republic
The Interbus

Further investigation has revealed that a Capsuleer named James 315 and his Jihad fanatics known as the New Order are wanted for numerous crimes against Empire Citizens. Those crimes include but are not limited to : harassment, extortion, racketeering, terrorism, assault and murder.

Yes. There are three options with James 315 sov space (highsec):
1)Have a permit.
2)Be a New Order agent.
3)GET OUT OF HIGHSEC!

Anti-Code criminals always try to portray law enforcement as just another group of criminals. However, the Law of Highsec will continue to be enforced.

In light of these new allegations :

History has shown that CODE Criminals always try to portray themselves as law enforcement while various Killboards show their ships are constantly being destroyed by Concord for breaking the laws that govern High Security. In fact followers of the New Order, also known as CODE, are nothing more than an organized crime syndicate that distorts and twists the truth to justify their own notorious agenda of preying on the weak and defenseless citizens of Empire space.

There is an option 4, however that would mean code. "fighting" someone other than those with mining lasers and expanded cargoholds fit to their ships. :)
