Transferring Character Issue

The last few times I tried to transfer a character I get an error message that says "We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information."

My credit cards work fine each month when CCP charges me for all my accounts but never when I want to transfer? Then I have petition, which of course takes days. Any ideas?

Screw that. CCP just lost out on $20 for not having their **** together. And the freebee account I was going to xfer my alts to can just expire.
