Since the in-game browser is being removed, and currently all links clicked in-game are automatically redirected to the system's default browser in preparation for a continuation of this behavior once the in-game browser is finally removed completely I hae a suggestion.
Give us the option to specify specifically the browser/executable we would like to use for opening in-game links.
I will explain.
In my use-case (and likely many others) the default browser is one that is loaded up with extensions and add-ins that help out specific day-to-day usage. But perhaps such a thing is not convenient for usage specific to EVE Online.
For me, I would much prefer a lean, mean, separate browser selection to open links quickly and effectively with little muss and fuss. Especially when intel gathering from external websites has become so essential to the in-game experience. In this game, very often, time is life and time is money.
In addition this might even pave the way for someone (a better developer than myself) to make an eve online specific browser that (should CCP allow it in the client API for opening windows and such like the in-game browser does currently with the correct javascript) could be made as close to mimicking the IGB that we have now.
Give it a thought at least, CCPlease :)

NO interest from me at all.
Since I always have a browser open when playing EvE, corp web sites, maps, out of game communications etc the whole idea of another browser opening up is well to be honest crazy. I would much prefer a simple and easy way to copy links out of the game. Not that it is hard now with the select text and then copy paste and all, but the EvE chat windows do make it more difficult that it could be.
