Hi fellow capsuleers!

What I should train before gunnery and spaceship command skills, if I want to have PVP and PVE in Rifter and Trasher? I understand that you can't fit active tanks on those, so there shouldn't be really much of training? How about navigation, electronics and engineering skills?

Thanks!

Electronics,Engineering, Navigation, all other skills under the Navigation category except those dealing with jump drives, Thermodynamics, Energy Systems Operation, Energy Management, Energy Emissions Systems, Mechanics, Long Range Targeting, Propulsion Jamming, Signature Analysis

Shield Upgrades, Shield Management, Shield Operation, Tactical Shield Manipulation, Shield Compensation. Don't train the other shield compensation skills until you know when and where they'll be useful.

Hull Upgrades, the four armor compensation skills, Repair systems

Drone Interfacing, Combat Drone Operation, Scout Drone Operation, Drone Navigation.

Do yourself the favor and get some level in drone interfacing before hopping into a BS or you'll die in an embarrassing manner.

Active tanking skills are used in PvE and PvP also on some ships so they are in this list.

The only skill difference between PVP and PVE is Propulsion Jamming.

I suggest you find a suitable ship layout that you like put it into EFT and then train the skills needed to fit it.

As you are going Minmatar, speed is of great interest.

Probably can't go wrong with maxing out core certificates. Going to elite can take some time and you don't have to do it like right now but getting level 4 on most of skills for those certificates will provide you with good pack of support.
