I'm looking to organize which alt is on which of my accounts, if I move one from an account I own to another I own without leaving corp or alliance will I still be eligible for the tournament?

IIRC you can only transfer noobcorp characters

you will have to drop corp to transfer the character. If your alliance is at war, you will be out of your corp/alliance for 7 days.

Contact ccp through a support ticket mentioning the alliance tournement to confirm the rules on this. It will probably be no problem, but get that written down for you before you do the transfer.
