The posting of private communication between the Game Masters, EVE Team members, Moderators, Administrators of the forums and forum users is prohibited. CCP respect the right of our players to privacy and as such you are not permitted to publicize private correspondence (including support ticket responses and emails) received from any member of CCP staff.

Yeah, sorry to hear about your situation. I know dealing with Customer Support is a pain. Also it probably takes a bit of time for reimbursement to happen.

I suggest you send a reply back to CCP on the Email they sent you and politely ask them to explain. Also you should erase your quoted reply in this thread due to the forum rules.

Posting in the forums about Support Tickets won't speed things up, and is a violation of the rules. I suggest you reply to the ticket or email support directly.
