In-station billboards causing excessive (500%+ greater) CPU load

The CPU usage of docked clients on SISI is currently in the region of 5-8x greater than on TQ [for minimised clients]. The only difference I can see is the new advertising billboards.

I don't see any reason the billboards should be hogging CPU resources this way.
Something about them must be badly optimised to be causing such a massive CPU usage increase.

I also have the same issue with SISI. The CPU usage is much higher on SISI than it is on TQ as shown in the image below:

The TQ client has a 5% CPU usage.
The SISI client has a 39% CPU usage.

As you can see there is a huge difference between them. This was also for both clients being minimized.

This second image shows the two clients maximized and the TQ client has doubled in usage rate.
Also, the SISI client also went up by another 3%.

And I do agree that the billboards should not hog this much CPU usage on the SISI client.
