Multiple Character Training?

Hey guys,

Was talking to someone about MCT (Multiple Character Training) and he redeemed a PLEX and instead of getting multiple character training applied to his account, he extended his license by 30 days. I guess I was curious as to what the process is, do you have the alt redeem the PLEX? To be honest I'm thinking he did something wrong, and this is probably something you could petition to CCP for...

Also I noticed an item I haven't seen before called the Multiple Character Training Certificate and does this replace or simply do what the PLEX could do/has done before?

If I recall correctly, you have to convert the PLEX into AURUM... which can then be redeemed at the NEX store (found in the menu tree on the left side of the screen).

From there, you can purchase the Multi-Training certificate and apply it.

How did you Veterans start?

"Multiple Character training can be activated or prolonged for 30 days at a time by:

Selecting to activate or extend an additional training queue when activating a PLEX in game."

OP you hit the wrong button when using your plex.
