screen 3 screen 1 screen 2
screen 1 is the main screen
screen 3 is the location of thumbnails
which is why the neg numbers
cause thumbnails are based off screen 1 positions... i roughly positioned them then edited the json file to get it exactly pos

I need time but one of CCP guys explicitly mention that this app is God's work and it allow becuase it don't modify the client this is no cutting or broadcasting. Also isboxer is allowed but you should not cut or use the broadcast option of it.

Having issues with the latest version on windows 10. (version 2.0.1)

1. The Overlay is not persistent. When it is on, it disappears from each thumbnail the first time I select it, and never comes back.
2. The resizing of thumbnails only works in increments of 10 pixels. That means, if I do not want a white border on one of the edges, I can only choose 160 x 90 size for the thumbnails.

how to make the highlight smaller like the colors to make it barely noticeable? instead or like 2 be like 0.5 wide.

this thing arase but thanks so much for such a updates.

Am just missing the one that display the thumbnail in line like horizontal or vertical and if you have a lot sed 10+ it divide it as a by column. and of course you can active it or just do it manual.

I've got quite a strange problem, when I launch eve-o i dont actually get a program on my taskbar.

Everything runs fine, but at the moment i have to go through task manager to manually shut down the program if I need to. Also unable to edit my screens now as when I launch it the program itself isn't visible (halp!)

edit: its fine! I deleted the .json file and restarted it. Had to do the layout but otherwise it is fine

Probably you accidentaly enabled the 1st option (Minimize to system tray)

If it is enabled then the program starts minimized and not visible in Alt-TAB or Taskbar. There is an icon in the Windows Taskbar - it provides a context menu or one can just dbl-click it to show the main program window

Hi, I have a similar problem to what someone stated earlier:

I load Eve-O and my 4 windows pop up. Lovely. But after a few clicks of switching around, Eve-O loses some previews. Sometimes its 1, 2 or all of them. I can close Eve-O and relaunch to get it working again, but for how long? Seconds, minutes? So to restate the problemm, I lose my preview windows when switching between clients using Eve-O. It seems to work reliably for many people, so any ideas would be appreciated. Would love this to work, best Eve application I've ever found. o7

Might be It dont have to do with your problema but will try subjestion that for every cliente you need to arange at least one the posición Of the Windows.

Sed. You arange cliente 1 and set cliente 2 cliente 3 cliente 4 in difrent places. Them you need to click on Cliente 2 and arange cliente 1 cliente 2 cliente 4 where you want It. Becuase ones you click on Cliente 4 you will need to arange everything again. One you do this when you lounch the cliente the sellect Window will appear always the samething place ones you sellect the carácter if you lucb him before and set him where you wanted the app remember settings by carácter name.



Sometime the clients aren't set up in all caracters the same way and they don't disappears they just stack one over the other right click it and drag them and you will see that under it all the other windows will be. Windows aka previews.

I will individually try resetting the layout for each active account and follow up. Cheers.

Following Up/Solution:

Found my mistake. Make sure you have 'Windows Always on Top' checked. I thought this would make the Eve client show when I was alt tabbed, which I didnt want it to. However, selecting this option and "hide when Eve not active' has completely fixed the issue. Thank you all.

Yep. Actuallyafter he switched the previews were still displayed. Issue is that they were displayed BEHIND the EVE window (i.e. they weren't visible).
I'll try to somewhat update the docs page for this option, to make sure ppl know about this side effect.

This is EXACTLY what I needed! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The only issues I had was the windows weren't large enough to lay out 4 clients in a grid on my second monitor. But I quickly fixed that in the config file along with tweaking the exact placements. The only bug I have found is when I start up the clients I have to open the Preview UI and click the up arrow on the size (either one doesn't matter) to make the windows fill in correctly. After that all is well until I restart the program. This is minor though and not a real issue compared to how useful this is.

You mean you had to tweka the MaxSize limitation? I guess I need to liften it up to a quarter of FullHD size.

Re that isse:
Do you mean that previews are stretched into a upper-left corner of each window? This can happen when one minimizes clients (via Win+D or other key combination) and then restores client window back. This looks like a DWI (that's the Windows subsystem used to create these windows) bug. Workaround is just to click on each preview window to bring its EVE client up. This will recreate the thumbnail picture and will resolve the issue.
