Project Discovery: Move the hover popups to a static position.

As the title says - I want to do PD, really, but the constant popups that block my vision and make it almost impossible to move to the next possible match make me angry and cause me to either just chose anything, just to get it done, or quit immediately.

There's enough room in the upper right. If necessary, make more room by expanding, or rearrange the possible matches.
Put a nice frame in there and have all the popups apear in it, so we can move from possible match to possible match and view them leisurely.
Fix them there when you select a possible match, so you can check the other examples.
