Want to try incursions. Where to start?

Recently came back after long break. I'd like to try incursions since I've never done it in the past.

Can some one point me in the right directions for current incursion fleets

I went to the valhalla project channel in game but no one is there.

Last info post in this forum hasn't been updated since 2015.

Depending on Fc attendance fleet maybe down for a while or you found yourself on a fake channel try this as a spelling “The Valhalla Project”.
If in the proper channel you should find a lengthy Motd with everything u need to know, plenty of people to speak with and most important the Waitlist .

Warp To Me Incursions is an option. I believe, the ingame channel is "warptome". They are pretty rookie friendly. You can take a look at their Rookie Guide and the Ship and Fitting requirements to see if that's the right thing for you.

Check the Journal.
Head to 1 of the stated areas and a chat window will open automatically when you get there.

Not all FC's watch it, but you can post your fit and see what responses you get.
