Since I downloaded the new launcher, I havent been able to acces EVE on my main computer. The rest works for some reason.

I've tried several options:

  • Verify the content of the installer
  • use the fixpermissions.exe
  • opening the launcher as an administrator
  • used the repairtool
  • used the rescache.exe
  • tried the QT_OPENGL fix
  • Download the seperate launcher files and Resource files
  • Download the offline installer
  • Deleting the client and copying a working client from another computer

    • And no fix..

    Every time it gets stuck with writing to EVE\SharedCache\ResFiles\97 and EVE\SharedCache\ResFiles\ab saying its too long or it doesnt have the proper permissions.

    I get either an error, or the launcher gets me through log in and starts up exefile.exe without launching Eve.

    Halp please..
