Hide the number of pilots logged on inside citadel?

Is it possible to hide the number of pilots docked in citadel? I ask because sometimes I'll see x amount appearing in brackets when I click on the citadel while other times I'll see an actual 0. Then there are the times I hover over and see no number at all.
Is this a bug or a feature? If it is a feature how is it applied?

Thank you. My wife says she looks like a man. I didn't spend enough time in the editor. I sometimes consider a resculpt, but that just feels like a waste of isk.

What is this youre describing here? i just came back today and havent checked one out yet.
Are you saying the currently docked population is visible from the outside?

Also, my niece has the same ears so i think theyre fine. ^_^

Yes. You can see the number of pilots docked in a citadel if you click on it. The number appears at the end of the name in brackets. Sometimes that number is zero. Other times no number appears.
I'ld like to know if it is possible to conceal the number of docked pilots. In J space (maybe else where idk) this information is quite vaulable.

Searching for the anser has proved fruitless.

I believe it's tied to docking rights, I know this was raised during discussion prior to implementation but can't recall the dev answer properly. See if docking rights matches up with a number or no number though.
