Nobody in congress is going to hold up a netbook pointed to a blanked out CCP website. The only big players that can get attention VERY fast is google and microsoft. Which are considering atleast lite blackouts.

SOPA is just the entertainment industry's latest ploy to create censorship, and sue the living daylights out of everything, much like the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act, which destroyed Napster and free file sharing).
