Hello everyone,

I have a problem I am hoping someone can help me with. I already opened a ticket for it, but have yet to receive any response.

I load my launcher and everything comes up on screen. But the little play button that you would press that shows your account name and such doesn't show at all. I've done everything imaginable. Restarting the client, computer several times. Even uninstalled Eve and re-installed. But I am still having the same issue.

Can anyone help please?

i fixed it by First reinstaling complete game, that didn't work
second i went to launcher options, on the bottom left side of launcher window
settings/ after this i chosed remove all accounts.

After this i have hit close, and magic happends. First i got login like it was for the First time, username and pw . But after it was just there, login screan just got blank and nothing happend.

After this i refreshed launcher, that Third small E icon from right to left at upper right corner of launcher window.
I went there, refreshed launcher several times, until i got my old launcher back and now i'm happy and playing agein xD
