malware vulnerability in launcher browser

I get a repeated Yahoo Search malware popup and a few things happen:

I get this popup http://i.imgur.com/0jnVdaU.png

and the launcher does this http://i.imgur.com/0NDdcFy.png

The popup also has a flicker to it and the flicker is synchronized with the launcher. They both flicker in unison. This happens about once a week.

And yes I clean it with AdwCleaner every time, as well as run tdsskiller and CCleaner
