eve fails to load - log file included

Today eve simply stopped loading, task manager showed no activity. I tried the repair tool, safe mode, and clearing the cache. Forum search has gotten me nowhere. However I have a log file, and hope someone might have suggestions: logfile

I have now tried reinstalling from scratch, with no change. The error remains the same:

EXCEPTION #1 logged at 01/16/2012 9:26:13 Unhandled exception in TaskletExt object at 4024be0, abps=1001, ctxt=None
Caught at:
/common/lib/bluepy.py(98) CallWrapper

Is there anyone who has an idea what could be causing this issue? I am at a complete loss..

The computer was reformatted recently, my graphics drivers are up to date, and no other programs on my pc are having difficulties. Is there not an experienced GM or tech-savvy player who might be able to suggest something else to try?
