For one, telling the CFC to take a poll which CCP has put out about crucible.

Secondly, he has a dog. A DOG.

Thirdly, he has a sabre. Ask him about it.

Cyno's lit, bridge is up, but one pilot won't be jumping home.

I agree, if they're going to go in a completely stupid direction that's going to kill this game I'd rather they do it quickly.

Confirming that supercapital balancing and hybrid buffs are a bad direction that will kill the game.

Oh wait, nah, you're just angry about your hulk getting ganked~

Nice troll attempt, I don't have a hulk they're useless for mining :)

What "completely stupid direction" are you referring to then?

Feel free to interpret it as you wish!

Interpret?

Mittens has used words like "manipulate" as he bounces cap heavy 0.0 tenants out of there homes after "manipulating" the CSM and CCP. What needs to be interpreted?

"For the good of the game".

Bullshit. Never was.

I wasn't gonna respond because these threads are stupid, but:

Isn't the point of representative democracy that an elected official will strive to achieve the interests of those who elected him? That Mittens, the Goon candidate, voted for mainly by goons, is focused on the goals that make life better for null-sec dwellers in general and specifically goons should come as a surprise to absolutely nobody. I personally wouldn't have it any other way.

edit: inb4 lazy accusations of goon alt or "wanna-be goon". I'm neither.

Sorry, I need to correct myself there, I meant stupid directions since there seems to be more than one person repeatedly deciding they know what is best for the game.

. Nex Store

. Catering to gankers who want an advantage over all other players just because they've subscribed the longest rather than being skilled

. Not enough anti-blob options that actually work

. Not enough Anti-gate camp options that actually work

. Extreme imbalance between new subscribers and old subscribers once you get out to open pvp in 0.0 space how the hell is a newbie supposed to make any progress when they're up against battleships and tech 2 cruisers?

. Not fixing the problem with botting that is not only prevalent in high sec but also 0.0 space despite what the alliances claim, why GM devs don't just have a peek at players over there with an invisible in game camera I'll never know

. Nothing being done to alleviate the tediousness and boredom of either navigating through the game UI or the fact that this game is just a point, click and wait-for-hours fest, the least they could do is make botting legal so the rest of us real players don't have to suffer, in fact it might make the game more fun

. This game is just rock/paper/scissors on steroids the only difference is you have many different ships to choose from and the only successful PvP encounter you will have is either through outnumbering the enemy or being lucky enough to pick the right fitting and ship for the encounter you have so people just tend to win through numbers instead since it's easier which is why they'll run when they see more people coming into Local

. Public labs need fixing so science actually works and more tech 2 ships become available, the only time I've been able to find any empty copying stations is in 0.0 space and going their for an industrial would be suicide

. We need at least better sound, I think the music is okay, just not to my taste and I can have the option of turning it off anyway so I'm not bothered

There you go.

And these are all somehow mittens fault? And not longstanding, fundamental game design issues that have been present for years before CSM6 started? And not of the type that CSM6 has been energetically encouraging CCP to focus on?

(Hint: none of them are mittens' fault, they're all longstanding game design issues that have been present for years before CSM6 started, and CSM6 has been energetically encouraging CCP to focus on these kinds of issues)

To the OP - you'll be taken more seriously if you posted from your main.

To the actual content of the thread - CSM6 has done more for EVE than any other CSM. They dealt with a crisis, and helped steer CCP into the direction that the players wanted. The CSM does not deserve full credit for the "FEARLESS" fix... but they do deserve some. They deserve more credit for Crucible, though.

That said... any politician that says there is no manipulation involved in leading anything is lying to you. Politics = manipulating.

Y'all need to take off your tin foil hats, wake up, and realize that the CSM *does* work for you, whether you are in hisec, lowsec, or nullsec. And if you don't think it does, just like RL... run for CSM, and make changes that you feel are best.

I guess he didn't hear about Gypsy Band's bomber wing this weekend. You know, the ones that wiped out 2 fleets in BWF, and did north of 50 billion ISK in damage with a few dozen T2 frigates.

true tell me other ships which can do such feat ? Stealth bomber squads are obvious..

Lets say 20 hurricanes with 3x scimis what chance they got against 250 BS fleet with 40 guardians .. will they kill at least 25 ships ?

I dont personally hold any opinon regarding the question, as both sites got their points, and both are equally valid. it is just general question .. .

So your argument is what? That because all ship types aren't useful at a specific tactic, that this specific tactic doesn't exist?

Bombers are specialist ships specifically designed to inflict massive damage on large concentrations of ships. They are in fact an "anti blob" option that provably, actually in real situations, works well.
