Need a tower recommendation

Hello, I want to put up a polymer production chain and I am looking for a medium tower, that can do it. I know dark blood tower can do it and save me some fuel costs. But is there another medium facton stick that can online that polymer production chain and also consumes minmatar fuel?

Angel tower is 18 blocks/h and domination tower is 16 blocks/h

CPU and Power Grid don't change between the regular and faction towers. Only things that change are fuel consumption and tank.

CPU and PG will only change if you switch tower types (fuel types).

Use a Shadow or Serpentis tower, they're Gallente faction towers with the same racial bonus plus the fuel consumption bonus. That bonus you want to know about is a 100% bonus to silp capacity.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!
