Can't rent office...

Attempting to rent an office in npc nulsec but instead of seeing the rent office button i'm seeing this screen.

The character I'm joining with is a part of a non-npc corp. Do I have to be in an alliance or what is going on here?

Do you have the necessary roles?

When you don't know the difference between there, their, and they're, you come across as being so uneducated that your viewpoint can be safely dismissed. The literate is unlikely to learn much from the illiterate.

Hello

You need to be in a non-NPC corp - you said your toon is so that is not the issue

iirc - you also need to have access to the corporation wallet that pays bills - this is to prevent every tom **** and harry in a corp from spending corp assets on things like offices where they 'feel' they want one.

So if you dont have the permissions of the corp to access said wallet then you cannot rent an office. If you have access to the corp wallet you also have to have isk in the corp :)

If your not an officer with the corporation contact your leader(s) and ask if they will rent an office.

Delete boot.ini
That should clear your cache and allow you to rent an office.

Just tell your CEO:
Corporation - Members - Role Management - Station Service - Rent Office : that's the one you need to rent offices.

you can not make an office if you have no roles. Your ceo will do it for you or tell you to move.

you can not make an office in an npc corp.

so you can't rent an office. your ceo needs to. if you want an office, join a player corp and ask the ceo to rent one for you, or make your own corp

Appreciate all the help guys. What had happened was I dropped all roles and then allowed roles again without leaving corp. Everything showed that I was still a DIR but for some reason the ceo needed to reset DIR status for me.
