Having carefully reviewed alliance performances over the last few months, I'm happy to announce that Goonswarm Federation and Intrepid Crossing now are eligible to apply for the Cattle-program. Sisas Cattle-program comes with nearly all the benefits from normal pet-status but without the condescending pretense of friendship and mutuality. Cattle members will also get to keep some of their Isk and other assets.


Please submit your alliance application, signed by all directors, to the Cattle application processing board. Thanks.
