also i dont like the idea of rigs, they have become too overpriced its like having to buy 2 ships to get 1 of them to work.

I do. The Lords giveth and the people taketh away.

The point of that bookshelf is to provide means to destroy isk. You "produce" isk and the Lords taketh away, just not enough.

But then, the Lords taketh away from the few instead of taking from the wicked.

Eve Minions is recruiting.

This is the law of ship progression!

i know this suggestion is a far stretch, but it may also be time to scrap a few ship designs or a dozen and replace them with new ones.

That won't work. Everyone has seen with the T3D and years ago the T3C what happens when you introduce new ship classes. They partially or completely obsolete other ship classes. If you want new ships that replace existing ships, it needs to be done for all the ships of the class in one go (ie. all frigates need to be replaced, T1 and T2 alike) in order to avoid the same patchworky mess that CCP calls incremental iteration approach. However, new ships need to be special and these new frigates could easily outperform destroyers or even cruisers, so that they actually would need to be replaced as well in order to not suffer obsoleteness, which then goes on for the BC, BS, capitals. To put it short, the entire range of ships would need to be replaced in one single jesus feature expansion to avoid months or years of mess.

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

So, the other MMO games that reward you with 3-4 new abilities every level are much more popular than the ones that reward you with just stronger, but same, abilities, and a new ability every 10 levels or so. It's basic rewards psychology.

You have a few "let's fundamentally change the game" threads out. So I'm sensing 2 things:

1. You don't like the game.
2. You're about to be flamed, hard, by a community who does like the game, and who is sick of new people trying to change it to suit them.

So, I'll be sorry to see you go, when you eventually post your "I quit" thread, and can I have your stuff?

Problem is that we have no idea how long the player has been in the game, the character used to post this was born in 2006.

Back to the OP you get a -1 from me.
The multitude of interwoven skills is one of the things I enjoy most about this game, and at the SP level your character must be at what does it matter there is likely nothing in the game you cannot do.

This game is old, maybe its time to scrap 50% or more of the skills. combind them into single skills, eliminate half the skill requirements. this doesnt mean you have to reduce training time but it would help not having to treat the skill tab like a dusty old library.
