Covert Cloaking Tech 2

When your Cloaked in system hunting a target, can we get the ability to Reload your Guns or Missile launchers to a damage type that you need before decloaking. So you can apply the right damage type straight away when you decloak?

CCP will do that when they rebalance the BLOPs to be able to use Cov. Op. Cloak.

Personally I think the covert cloak is powerful enough, since you can actually warp while undetectable.

-1 I agree with the theory that there needs to be some penalties for being cloaked.

-1 Allowing this becomes the open door to players asking for the removal of ALL limitations to a ships operation while cloaked.
Although I can see some hilarity in this what with fleets of cloaked ships blindly launching bombs into space in hopes of hitting something other than a fleet mate.

And with that they justify an increase in build cost by 2.5 fold. Yeay-ish.
