Cap recharge rate vs cap capacity

Hi,

I have a question: against neutralizers/nosferatu, is it better to have greater capacitor recharge rate at the expense of capacitor capacity, or vice versa?

I don't know whether to use a Power Diagnostic System or a Capacitor Flux Coil to stand a bit more against this type of ewar.

Thanks guys.

You're looking for a cap booster or maybe a nos, really. Unless you have tremendous cap recharge its not gonna help much. :(

PvP:
Use a Cap-Injector in a mid-Slot and take some Gank into the low.

PvE:
Use Gank and take down the neut as soon as possible.

Either just dispose of the neuting ship, or if that's not an option, cap inject or maybe use a Nosferatu to keep key modules running. Neither recharge nor buffer helps you much when neut alpha starts to stack up (and heavy neuts will do that!).

Cap booster don't fit in the low slot he's got. Between the 2, recharge can let you run some light mods (tackle, dc, etc) between neuting cycles under heavy neuting (the kind that kills you). Under light neuting (a spare high for med/small neut), it doesn't matter much either way. No action required for nos.

The best thing you can do against neut is simply fly Winmatar. Capless gun that pwn, uses little grid, which can then afford you a cap booster, and gtfo speed is good for every situation.Cool
