I live in a WH with a c3 static and know the money to be made. you could make that back in a day or 2

We need to come up with a solution.

I can create a contract for the bookmark for 750 Mil, If the WH goes critical or changes we have a player camping the WH to provide a warp in if that situation arises.

If your not comfortable with that do you have another suggestion?

You can check our Corp. We have a good reputation and are honest in our dealings. I'm sure you can research us

This should work. I'll contact him when I get off work. The hole is empty free of any forcefields or Citadels....right? Well get it figured out tonight.

I think another player has beaten you to the sale.

It was brokered ingame before i could guarantee your sale.

I will keep you as a contact and when I find another WH that suits your requirement I will give you a heads up.

It will be a far cheaper transaction as we as a corp will have no expense attributed other than scouting. Do you have a preference in what you want from a WH? our corp lives in J space and find un occupied WH's all the time.

We put effort into clearing the J133210 WH as the previous occupants acted in a boorish and childish manner and as such incured our wrath.

I apologise for this mix up and hope to do busines in the future

I'll go as high as 1B for this hole if you can figure out a way to make it work. I can guarantee availability on the weekends, but work is work. Sry. I have an add in the want ads section of the forums.

Totally understand if you find a WH at another source. I will contact if and when i find a WH, I'll give you first refusal
