How do I get the ship with the $30 sub?

I'm guessing here as I'm not to sure what your really on about,

Either on the Character login screen on the bottom you'll have redeem section, OR

Going into your Neocom menu, The menu right above your portrait, go to your inventory tab, and at the very bottom should be a Redeem Items button, click that and you should be able to get it from there.


Sometimes it takes a few minutes for items to be redeemed.

That is because the redeeming-queue is not the normal way you get ships. You either buy them from the market or manufacture them yourself. The Redeeming-system is for things you buy or get directly from CCP.
