EVE New Citizens Q&A

From the last chronicle "Inheritance" I would conclude that the Jove as a faction are out of the game forever. Their history and technical achievements will remain and maybe still play a role in the form of ancient relics or similar things that might be found and used in the future. I could also imagine that we will encounter one or the other of the remaining Jove, as "Inheritance" didn't actually say that they are "dead", only that they are "gone" and not all of them: "They are indeed, for the most part, gone." So, there is a little backdoor to reintroduce them in one or the other form.

Their former regions still exist. UUA-F4 is completely empty though, no stations, no stargates, no sovereignty. Something must happen with that region in future. The other two home regions of the Jove empire don't have stargates either - they all have been destroyed by the Caroline's Star Supernova - but they have stations, however those are more or less ghost stations as the Jove have left them to flee from the foreseen Supernova. One might expect that something must happen with those stations as well.

But whoever comes close or takes those stations will possibly also come closer to the Drifters since the Drifter "faction" has its headquarter in the north of one of the two old Jove regions.
