Launcher updated, says it is "Ready" but fails to start any account

I run 2 computers.

The first is running EvE clients without problem.

The second updated & after the update it shows as "Ready" in the bottom centre. Unfortunately when I try to start one of my accounts it does nothing & sits on the launcher screen.

I've looked for anyone having a similar problem but couldn't see anything.

I tried running the repair tool but that had no effect.

I had a quick look at Loglite & there is an error message of "...Couldn't copy file: C:/ProgramData/CCP/EVE/SharedCache/tq/bulkdata/mapbulk.db..."

Any ideas?

I just noticed a previous issue that I had with the launcher - https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=484178&find=unread

This turned out to be the same "permissions" issue & running the fix suggested fixed this.
