Just want to say, as a newbro...these forums and 99.999% of the advice given on them are GREAT!

The ability to tap into such a great community and a wealth of info is an absolute boon.
So many Vets on here willing to help out and guide young fools like myself.

The forums are as much a part of the experience as the game itself, and the community here is doing its bit to retain members!

Just wanted to say thanks to all of you...it is appreciated (99.999% of the time )

Aw, you just haven't touched on the taboo subjects, or displayed an attitude. Words are free, but thanks for the appreciation post.

Now, ask us to tell you our most profitable trade routes, specifically. Or, propose that CCP make changes to the game to make it more like WoW or SWTOR or whatever.

Oh we are rather helpfull in here but posting elsewhere in the forums can be bad for your health.
Generall discussion is "under the bridge" so to speak and crime and punisment is the dog pen.

Newbros tend to get a good bit more latitude than others but if you keep up the good attitude you should be fine.

Just keep in mind that other subforums (general discussion most notably) are hives of scum and trollery. Entertaining, though. Also, some of the folk in NCQ&A will gladly blow up your ship (fairly - meaning within allowed game mechanics) in game, but it's not personal. o/

On topic, some of the topics that come up in here often teach the vets something new too; for example interestingly complicated uses of game mechanics and how to read the hints in the hacking system have both come up recently and taught me, a player for 7 years, something new.

Thank you very much. These types of forum threads from new players is what makes us Vet's feel good.

That's what keeps us posting here, makes it all worth while knowing our time is appreciated for sharing hard to find info about the game.

I'm sure CCP also likes seeing these threads as well.

He's the one who convinced CCP to have those ridiculous prices on the monocle, skill injectors, ship skins, and pretty much every feature they've added lately!

I was wondering why they'd be so ridiculous with pricing, and now we know: so they could pay for moon cheese.

Fun fact, that thread started my corpse collection,
before i wasent too bothered about it but now im an avid collector , only ones iv had a hand in crafting mind, i dont pick up any auld mangy thing i find.
Im up to about the 200 mark, might be more if i cleared out my cargo holds.
My fovorites are" Tippia", "Unsucessful at everything", "Leto Thule" and the amusingly ironic "I Got away".
