WTB(1) Single race focused character, clean combat training

Applicable characters should be cleanly skilled combat pilots without cross-training. I have no preference as to which race, and will place emphasis on characters with the most core competency for my isk.

can use Tech II hardners and can sit in an abaddon with 8 Tachyon beam lasers doing some nice DPS.

Like the focus, but i'm after a little more meat on the bones. 20mil or less sp probably won't fly with me unless the character is focused on flying frigates.
