Doc can see your confusion since EVE is regularly referred to as "spreadsheets in space" but the expectation is that you are making your own spreadsheets out of game.

You can however perform CSV exports of market data and leverage EVE's RESTful interface to populate spreadsheets and/or other apps with all kinds of data (damn near everything).

Go check out the Market Discussions forum area. There are many 3rd party apps that perform a lot of this heavy lifting the game does not.
