Enter Character Name (A useless security feature)

I say useless because it's clearly broken.

Login from my home which has a static ip and atleast 3 times a week I have to enter my character name.

Login while at training in texas, doesn't need a name.

Login while deployed to afghan, doesn't need a name.

Login from my phone while pooping at my house, needs a name..

or lock in via the client directly and never get asked for a character name...

That message also appears when you mistype your login details. If entering the character name does not work, try logging in again.

i only ever got the message if i am a) in a new location or b) mistype my password. if you keep having to do that, then you are prolly typing your password wrong each time you log in

Today I had to enter character name and re-accept EULA on all my accounts. Did this happen to other people too?

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

I just had it happen twice to me today. logged in at work to chat while on break, didn't ask. logged in at mcdonalds while on lunch, didn't ask. logged in at home ... asked. then i got disconnected and logged back in.. asked again.

SOMETHING is broken with the token system.
