Cannot access API, but my account is older than 72 hours...

Hello,

for some reason I am not able to get my API-key.

I get the following error everytime I try to login:

"For security reasons, you cannot login to the EVE Forums until your account is at least 72 hours old."

My Account has been created more than 3 days ago and yet it won't let me in.

Any help?

Clear cache is the only thing that jumps to mind. If it still doesn't work you may just have to wait a little longer. The timeline for API stuff is usually more of a prediction than a rule.

Make sure you have the right API URL (not the old one), other than that give is a bit more time till the next downtime, if still not then create a petition.

If still not working (ergo, It has been 2 days since the OP posted this) I should file a petition.

For any future alt accounts, keep in mind the API sites are purged at set intervals, so it could be you just missed a purge with your time of creation and have to wait till the next one.
