Did you include tax in your calculations?

Also, the prices of items aren't stationary. Not everyone can or wants to recalculate all his productions and alternatives every day, so there will always be items opening up in margin and other become less profitable to run - or maybe even make you a loss doing so!

Good example from the last few days: About a week ago, you could build a Cerberus for ~200m ISK total, haul it over to Jita, and sell it for 260m ISK minus tax, netting you almost 55m ISK per unit produced.
Right now, that margin went down to 0, and I'm sure most of the people that currently have sellorders up are selling at a loss.

They most certainly aren't stationary -- which is why your spreadsheet should really pull live market data whenever possible.

Just have fun building your paste empire. Don't worry about prices so much. Take a Walmart approach, low price/high volume = sales with strategic hubs or citadels.
