Aaaah the industry revamp. industry became so accessible. Maybe its because more people do it, the profits had come down, like with more competition the prices are going down.

Yesterday someone said to me that some PvPers can count wrecks on directional scanner to warp in the site in perfect moment to scram and kill someone. I cant stop imagining how someone with a severe autism counts the wrecks on overview, because its what he likes. Shocked

But that's not the real reason. The reason profits are gone, is because EVERYBODY can build the stuff as same cost.

No, the cost isn't the same for everyone. Lot's of different aspects will affect the cost. Skill level, Blueprint Material Efficiency, availability of resources, production location, etc.

Since I don't have access to a POS, I have to use public NPC R&D services. According to the Facilities list, the lowest system cost index was 0.22% located 15 jumps away from my Base Of Operations in Rens system.
System Cost Index - As more items are produced in a specific system, the cost goes up.

Also the amount of Material Efficiency research done on a blueprint will reduce input costs resulting in more profit per unit.

Not to mention NPC stations add a 10% tax for production compared to manufacturing in your own POS.

Obtaining a fully researched bpc for most t1 ships is trivial. And there is no skill that would reduce your cost. That's the one that was removed and the one that made the production non-profitable. System index doesn't matter, because you're not bound to any system.

Yes, I know that feeling, my work also often feel meh.

I want one in EVE. do you think that a staple of fantasy, flying islands, have a place in EVE? I mean its science fiction, how would you keep it above surface like that, without magic. Shocked

All I have seen was those DUST MCC's, so I imagine someone would strip armor and weapons, add hollow shield imitating boulders around, take some soil, put it on top, install drainage and plant a forest and even make a small water reservoir with a small boat and build a small beautiful palace beside it, with a garden.

Hmm I think I will search for construction company now.

Hello LAGL,
