Once there are Drifters loose within a system, what exactly do they warp between? "Celestials" seems a little vague. Do they warp to the 100% combat sites? In other words, if one were to attempt to complete a combat site, would you have a chance to be gangbanged by Drifters randomly?

Well in the spirit of curiosity and uncertainty, I have been following one in a pod on an alt around a system. So far, after 6 or so hours of stalking like a capsuleer-creeper, it has visited wormholes and POCOs, but nothing else. Yet. (For the record, there are 100% sites and data/relic sites in the system).

Only whs and planets. There have been reports that stray drifters in a system will come to the aid of their own but drifters tend to roll together. Personally, I have seen as many as 9 on a wh. To test the theory that they come to the aid of their own when attacked, one will need to attempt to kill one in a site while another drifter is present in a system.

Yeah, countless hours (more than 12) have revealed the same. Just planets and wormholes. Sites were completed and the Drifter did not warp to them, however, we did not spawn and test whether or not the one in the system would aid the one spawned (yet).

I'd like to just say that it's really good to see people actually figuring things out for themselves for a change instead of just asking on the forum and then whining when no one gives them the answer they want. Nice work :)

As I don't have access to my own pet drifter (one of the many joys of C4 space living), was wondering if you could check if they shoot Zephyrs? I don't NEED to know for any particular reason, just curious :)
Happy to reimburse you if they do shoot them.

On first day.

From what I have seen they only warp to POCO and WH and they stick together.

Oh yes, they shoot Zephyrs Smile

Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week. Doc spends that time collecting kittens for the on-going sacrifices, engaging in reckless outdoor activities, and speaking in the 3rd person."

They also wait for you in mid-warp safes. We lost a rolled out ship when it logged back on a drifter was waiting on his safe for him.
