I've been searching but coming up empty.

I'm looking to create an invention alt and trying to plan which science skills to train. Is there somewhere that shows what gets invented by which skill? Like Graviton Physics invents Item 1, Item 2, .... Item 100

The best I know is the chruker inventory side. Pick Miner II and take a look at its blueprint.. Be aware, that T2 production solo, without good access to moon materials, can be very tedious.

Yeah ... that has it by item, I was looking to do the reverse. Like I have this skill, what I can I invent

Access to moon materials has absolutely no meaning to production of T2 stuff. Getting component materials and manufacturing the components and then the T2 items is perfectly doable by just buying the stuff and hauling them to your factory of choice.
Im sure vast majority of manufacturers get component materials from tradehubs without even seeing moongoo.

That said, just train all the science skills if you serious about this, when you can learn one, you can pretty much learn all, and getting them to level 3 or so takes no time. Then find profitable item or items you want to make and boost the necessary invention skills to 4, and eventually to 5 if you making ships or more expensive stuff, the last level isnt needed for modules for quite long time.
