Why I get this message every time I try to log in the server?:

Account EVE-SSO-CONNECTION has been disabled
Last Login: 2016.06.03 15:25
Number of Visits: 490
reason: Account subscription expired!

My account already paid, i wrote to forum thread for reactivation too, tried to setup second copy of client with /server args.
When I wrote support ticket they say that I must not have any issues. What I must to do?
