The below summary is really kinda crap I hate fluffing things up just read the eveboard info and bid accordingly.

Fluff anyway:
Well rounded and capable pilot of all races and ship types. Can also fly Amarr carriers and dreads. Can inject skills for caldari and gallente.

Very little SP wasted (if you want to call it wasted) in research agent skills. Has 4 agents of lower quality cause I CBA to fly around and worry about it atm. Adds some passive income.

4 JC 2 with +3 and some hardwirings of various levels

Positive wallet no KR in highsec I will pay transfer fee.

Starting bid: 14b
