Can't stop ccp exefile.exe

trying to delete and re-install. I can't get ccp exefile.exe stopped, and thus can't delete all the files in the install folder. Already did the standard uninstall. But lots of files were left over. I tried deleting while logged as admin, made sure that no other programs like discord were running that might be using it, restarted many times. When I go into task manager>details and click to end task it says access is denied. Can anyone help?

right click the exe in the folder
click properties.
click security tab
click the advanced button
click Change next to owner
change it to you
delete file
