You could also try running it by using the binary download and you don't need to run the installer program. That shouldn't require any special access.

Received the following reproduce-able exception. Tried reinstalling and error still occurs, as well as running in Admin mode (Windows 7). Steps to reproduce:

1) Selected Phoenix Blueprint
2) Change ME/TE of Blueprint
3) On Component Materials List pane, when I type in a new ME (typing in '10') for any of the Cap Components and hit enter or otherwise change focus from the field, I receive this exception:

An Unhandled Exception has occured and EVE Isk per Hour will now close.

I don't see SVR's showing up for any items for the last few days, has something changed?

Yup, SVR not showing up for me as well, also when trying to update getting error: There was an error in the update. Program not updated. Download Corrupted.

Tried reinstalling, as well as standalone version but nothing works :(

What are your settings for SVR? What region and days?

Does the update still say it's corrupted when you reinstall?

Hi Zifrian, thanks for taking time to look into this. I managed to update today successfully without reinstall and after update SVRs are displayed correctly! :-)

(then after I click OK)

Version number is 3.3.6001.35157 which was from the github page (the installer)

Exactly the same error for the binary files (again from the gihub page)


I also get the same error when I click on About > Patch Notes and About > Check for Updates

Sounds like the server had an issue. Let me know if you are still having issues. I've been able to connect recently.

  • Updated IPH and Updater to use .Net 4.6.1 - please update your .Net installation to ensure IPH runs correctly here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981
  • Updated database and images to YC_118.6_1.1 - this has fixed issues with incorrect materials for Cenobite II's and Citadels.
  • The mining tab now applies an isk charge to refining instead of minerals returned as changed with the Citadel patch. 6.67 standing is still required to get refining with no tax applied.
  • Adding only invention/copy materials to the shopping list from the BP Tab will add the materials even if adding invention/copy materials to shopping list is turned off.
  • Updating the ME on the BP tab no longer crashes the program.
  • Double-clicking on an item to add to shopping list from the manufacturing tab no longer crashes the program.
  • R.A.M.s will now show the correct build quantity for build/buy and correct buy quantity when buying is cheaper on the BP tab. When adding an item to the shopping list, the correct amounts will be inserted as well.
  • The correct BP Build Time and Total Build Time will now show when the invention time or copy time checks are selected. This had an effect of decreasing the IPH when more runs were added.
  • The Manufacturing list will now properly refresh when no items found.
  • Users can no longer add an item to shopping list without calculating it first.

No such luck, still getting the same error (after another fresh install with the latest update (and .NET is updated too))

Might be location? Can you access media fire? That's who I use to host.

I can access Mediafire no issue (and I can download the files, no problem), I turned off all my firewalls to test whether it was that. It apparently is not.

It was working up until 3 or 4 patches ago and as far as I know, everything is the same as it was then.

Does the program log errors anywhere that would help me (and you) narrow it down ?

Exactly the same problem and error as above... tried everything I can think of, still will not update

Update 1 - interesting to note that I cannot download the installer from mediafire using the link on the EVE IPH site

Download this file and put it into the installation directory and see if that fixes the issue.

Tried them all. All of the mediafire links result in a blank page, nothing downloads. Tested on multiple browsers and different boxes. I can access www.mediafire.com but when you get something like downloadxxxx.mediafire.com/something - nothing but a white screen. Looks like a mediafire problem (or some ISP nonsense)

Unfortunately Mediafire is block to most uk ISP's :( But only their download or upload links.

Could you put up a backup mirror. I have mine from github but most people dont know how to use that.
