Ticket system not working (website) - solved

Since tuesday the ticket system does not show my old tickets anymore, new tickets can't be placed 'could not add your entry'.
Scripts are allowed, nothing blocked.

At the moment my new ticket is visible, the older ones are still missing...

My Tickets worked.

Granted there is 2 different support ticket submit forms online too.

I used both.

One the client will open & another from the Help center 'submit ticket' button.

Yes this issue is still real.

There is a workaround with clear your Cache Folder, something like this, but it works just one time, so it seems.
There is so much waste in the moment... :-(
