Missing industry facility data in SDE ramAssemblyLineStations table

After pulling the data from industryFacilities from CREST, a user noted that his station was not in the list of industry facilities for my app. I've tracked it down that there are about 37 conquerable facilities with industry facilities, which do not have records of the activities in the ramAssemblyLineStations table. Without flying out to the station or region, I can see what the activities are but the info in game shows 'Industry' as a service in the station. For example, L-C3O7 shows up in industryFacilities but does not show up in the ramAssemblyLineStations table.

Is there something I'm missing or is the SDE not complete?

Are there any player owned outposts in the SDE? Or are they all NPC stations?

EDIT: As the SDE does not include player ownable structures, ex. conquerable outposts are not in staStations table either.

Conquerable stations are not outposts but outposts are in the CREST data I mentioned above. The stuff I'm taking about are the original stations in null before outposts. They are in the SDE data but their industry activities are missing from the ram table.

Outposts (aka. conquerable stations) and, inherently, their industry facilities are dynamic data. The industry facilities are created along with the outposts.

This isn't what I'm having an issue with. The supporting data for the station type is not in the SDE but in the case of outposts, is. Please look at the station in L-C and advise on how I'm not reading this correctly.

Sounds like the legacy conquerable stations are still just as much of an issue as always Blink IMHO CCP should find some story related ways to remove them and rebuild them as the new player built ones so they end up in the right DB tables and IDS etc so this doesn't keep coming up every couple of months in one way or another.

Finds camping stations from the inside much easier. Designer of Yapeal for the Eve API. Check out the Yapeal PHP API Library thread.

Btw, the only things that are dynamic is the upgrades, tax rate, and name, which I have accounted for. The base activities for the stations is what I need (boosters and t3 items in Amarr outposts for instance) and can be pulled from the SDE ram tables. For the station I mentioned above, it has industry listed as an operation but I cannot pull the ram data for the base activities (afaik you can't upgrade them anyway).
