I just want to take this opportunity to say that Heth was an idiot who couldn't plan an orgy in a Gallente brothel.

Much less accomplish anything worthwhile inside one.

For the first time since I started the conversation, he looks me dead in the eye. In his gaze are steel jackhammers, quiet vengeance, a hundred thousand orbital bombs frozen in still life.

How dare you!

Tibus Heth was the great Caldari Hero, who have liberated Caldari Prime from 200 years of Gallente occupation.
Tibus Heth, while being de-facto leader of the whole Caldari State and Megacorporate CEO was fighting on Caldari Prime as a foot soldier among other foot soldiers instead of sitting in his office like all other coward CEOs were doing.
Tibus Heth risked his own life just to save a regular worker from under the fire in the Armour Forge, while everyone else were hiding behind the barricades.

Maybe Tibus Heth stopped being an Executor, maybe he stopped being a megacorp CEO, but He was Caldari soldier. He was Caldari Officer. And he died as Caldari soldier. And as a Hero.

Tibus Heth has fallen 18.10.YC115 in Aivonen, fighting against Sansha headquarter fleet.

There is no greater disgrace and moral failure than insulting fallen soldiers, who died as heroes defending their State, especially from such filth as Sansha Nation.

Your claims cast a shadow of disgrace not only on your own name, but on those whom you represent.

And with this, I would like to call for an official statement from CEO of the corporation, honorable Lady Lunarisse Aspenstar Daphiti.

Ma'am. How a comment of this sort was even allowed to appear in public media from someone of your corporation?

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

In memory of Tibus Heth, Caldari State Executor YC110-115, Hero and Patriot.

I apologize to Ms. Kim profusely for my comments. It was late, and I was browsing the IGS before bed and sometimes have an overabundance of snark. I blame me stepping on a reverse ratcheting router that someone left out. Not going to name names.
What I said what inexcusable and incorrect. I withdraw them in the face of Ms. Kim's sterling defense of the late Tibus Heth.

Tibus Heth was a brave Caldari and a soldier loyal to the State who was very skilled and competent at organizing orgies in Gallente brothels. If only I had gone on one of those operations rather than being dropped on Caldari Prime.

Retainer of Lady Newelle and House Sarum.

I just want to take this opportunity to say that Empress Jamyl was an idiot who couldn't undock a sandwich out of a paper bag, let alone pilot a Titan.

...yeah, dissing off a dead person is horrible! No matter how true it is, or whose feelings your aiming to bruise with said commentary. You do a great disservice to Lady Aspenstar by behaving like that.

Not me though, Miss Funk will probably give me a raise!

I think that I should feel a little disappointed by you taking the obvious response. Maybe insulted that you didn't put more effort into it.
Regardless, my perception of Her Majesty is completely unaffected by your view. I think one of the best things to say about Empress Jamyl is that the Blooders hated her.

You were so caught up in your narrative of "Grr Blood Raider" (which goes without saying) that the moral lesson I was trying to partake to you was utterly lost in translation. I'm sure Miss Kim's perception of her personal hero also remains unaffected by your moronic snipes, which only goes to show the futility of insulting dead people as a provocation.

And yes, comparing a Titan to a sandwich was pretty low effort. More than you deserve actually! If I wanted to actually insult you, I'd have my work cut out for me, because nothing I say could possibly match how insulting your face is! Haha!

She's not bad looking, in my opinion. For whatever that's worth.

On the other hand, I think you CAN speak ill of the dead if that's their legacy. It takes a fairly hefty series of missteps to force the Caldari people into open revolt - and that's exactly what former-Executor Heth managed to do. If he hadn't been 're-purposed' by Sansha, I'm fairly sure he'd either be dead by firing squad or rotting in a cell somewhere.

I'm not really sure why people are sticking with this "he was killed by Sansha" assumption.

We don't actually know who or what assaulted the remains of his rag-tag fleet beyond that they used energy weapons, and that whatever battle happened, it was inside an area being assaulted by the Sansha at the time.

Certainly that gives it some credit as a possibility, but when one considers that there was fighting onboard the ships and all they found of Heth was his pocketwatch (and according to some sources, a severed hand), I'm really, really disinclined to think that Sansha's Nation was responsible.

That's just not how they operate.

Frankly, I don't care who killed his fleet, but I really was hoping he'd stand trial before tribunal.

Just to me?... You didn't insult me, you have insulted fallen soldier.

Besides, how dare you claim you apologize, if you continue to insult him right within the same answer?!

Apologizing implies regret and understanding of what exactly you did wrong.

I still would like to receive an official statement from the Societas Imperialis Sceptri Coronaeque corporation about such disgraceful and shaming public behavior.

This actually implys that you believe that capsuleers, and the cluster as a whole, actually give a damn about your hurt feelings. I would like to take this opportunity to correct this misconseption. We don't. Get over yourself and harden the f**k up. Nobody but you wants to hear such a statement, and I doubt the Societas Imperialis wants to be bothered patching the booboo you got on your pride.

Wasn't he a dock-worker...if I recall, he operated a forklift or something? Nothing this man did made him a solider. He was a bully and a fraud as well as a coward. He might have done some 'heroic' things initially, but that does not make him a soldier.
